Yes, as long as the order hasn't been shipped. Email contact@fabricsdesire.store with your order number as soon as possible. Once dispatched, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

No account is required. You can check out as a guest using just your email and shipping details. Your order history can be looked up anytime using your order number and email on our Orders page.

You'll receive an email with your order details immediately after a successful checkout. For UPI orders, confirmation is sent once the payment is verified by our gateway. For COD, confirmation is sent right after placing the order.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 3–5 days for metro cities, 5–7 days for tier 2 and 3 cities, and up to 9 days for remote regions. Full details are available on our Shipping Policy page.

Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies. Cash on Delivery orders have an additional ₹49 handling charge.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your order number and email to see the current status.

At the moment, we only ship within India. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.

We accept UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and other UPI apps) through our secure payment partner MMADPay, and Cash on Delivery for serviceable pincodes.

Yes. All UPI payments are processed through MMADPay, a secure RBI-regulated payment partner. Your payment details never touch our servers — they are handled directly by the payment gateway.

COD is available across most pincodes in India. Serviceability is checked automatically at checkout. A ₹49 handling fee applies to all COD orders.

Yes. Enter your coupon code in the "Promo Code" field at checkout. New customers can use the code WELCOME15 to get 15% off on their first order above ₹499.

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags intact. For full eligibility criteria, please see our Refund & Returns Policy.

Email contact@fabricsdesire.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the item to be returned, and the reason. We'll arrange a reverse pickup or share a return shipping address.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days for UPI payments and 7–10 business days for COD orders (via bank transfer).

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@fabricsdesire.store with clear photographs of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

We make every effort to photograph our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and the natural characteristics of fabrics.

Each garment has a care label inside with specific instructions. As a general rule, we recommend gentle hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle, mild detergent, and line drying away from direct sunlight to preserve fabric and colour.
