Shipping Policy — Fabrics Desire

At Fabrics Desire, every order is dispatched with care from our facility in Indore. This Shipping Policy explains our timelines, charges, coverage, and the process we follow to deliver your order safely to your doorstep.

1. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During festive sales or launches, processing may take an additional 1–2 days, which will be communicated at checkout.

2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times across India after dispatch:

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier load, weather conditions, regional disruptions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

4. Shipping Coverage

We ship across India to all serviceable pincodes. Pincode serviceability is checked automatically at checkout. If your pincode is not serviceable, we will notify you and suggest alternatives. We currently do not ship internationally.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking link and courier details.
You can also track your order anytime by visiting our Track Order page and entering your order number and registered email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.

6. Delivery Partners

We partner with trusted Indian courier services including Delhivery, Shadowfax, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, and India Post depending on your delivery location. The choice of courier is made based on coverage and speed for your pincode.

7. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped together or in separate parcels depending on availability and warehouse location. You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment, and there is no extra charge for split shipments.

8. Failed or Undelivered Orders

Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. Please keep your phone reachable on the delivery day.
If the parcel is returned to us as undelivered (RTO) due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery may incur an additional shipping charge.
For COD orders that are repeatedly refused or remain undelivered, future COD orders may be restricted from the same address or phone number.

9. Damaged or Lost Parcels

In the rare case that your parcel is damaged during transit or marked as lost by the courier, please contact us at contact@fabricsdesire.store within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number. We will coordinate with the courier and arrange a replacement or full refund.

10. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and phone number are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer. If you spot an error after placing an order, email contact@fabricsdesire.store immediately — we'll correct it if the order hasn't been dispatched.

11. Taxes & Duties

All prices on our website include applicable GST. No additional taxes will be charged at the time of delivery.
